Find community and connection with other like-minded women. Come be a part of the fun at Moms on the Run! We welcome all ages and all fitness levels, walk or run. In one hour you’ll get your cardio, strength and stretching in a supportive, coached environment. We help busy women discover the path to a lifetime of physical fitness. We can’t wait to meet YOU!

Our Classes

  • Interval Training – We offer instructor-led fitness classes that focus on interval training to increase cardiovascular fitness levels and maximize metabolism benefits.
  • Endurance Run – We offer weekly steady paced cardio workouts with an option to focus on increasing mileage. Participants typically walk or jog for 30 to 45+ minutes with longer options available for those training for a 10K, half marathon or beyond.
  • Virtual programming: You may be surprised at how great connecting virtually can be. There is no commute, you get to join from the safety of your home, you still get to interact with your team, and your post-workout coffee is only steps away. 
  • Additional Offerings – additional offerings vary by location and include classes like trail running, early-morning wake up runs to get you going before a busy day, and full and half-marathon training plans that integrate seamlessly into our class schedule.

Run your first 5K, improve your speed and endurance or stay motivated in your fitness routine. Our unique approach to fitness creates a space where women support other women. A strong sense of community thrives in our fun team environment.

I run faster thanks to you! It’s been so fun to have a new group of friends to do this with.
