Moms on the Run Nutrition Programs
12 Week Nutrition Program
MOTRwell was a 12-week pilot program designed by a licensed and registered dietitian that we offered in the summer of 2017. Moms on the Run partnered with Nutritionist Cassie Bjork to lead our very own nutrition program designed specifically for Moms on the Run! We learned to shape strong, healthy bodies and improve our running performance while maintaining stable energy levels throughout the day.
Registration is currently not available. Please check back in the spring of 2018 for information about future nutrition programming.
Momentum Maintenance Program
Periodically we offer a motivating nutrition maintenance program specifically for Moms on the Run members. The program is only $19 a month and will help keep your energy up at peak performance levels. Look and feel your best and avoid weight gain during busy seasons of life with Moms on the Run's MOTRwell Momentum! Check back in the fall of 2018 for information about future offerings.

purchase this curriculum and join in with us.
