Coach GabeI started coaching with Moms on the Run in 2015 as I was working to qualify for the Boston Marathon. I am an avid runner, RRCA certified running coach, and I love pushing other women to do hard things and get out of their comfort zones. I love using my passion for running to explore ideas around mental training, simplicity, and goal setting, and I share the mental training and success principles I used to gain bids to the 2016, 2020, and 2021 Boston Marathons in my book, Mind Over Marathon: Overcoming Mental Barriers in the Race of Life. MOTR is an outlet for me to encourage other women in their own pursuits, and I find such value in the community and accountability offered through the program. It's so much better to have a team than to run alone :)

Coach Stephanie
Stephanie will be coaching the majority of our Virtual Class Release and Restore: Yoga for Runners.
Yoga has been a part of Stephanie’s life since 2005. Stephanie is passionate about yoga and the health benefits it provides both physically and mentally. Stephanie received her Registered Yoga Teacher 200-hour certification in November 2014 and has been teaching ever since. Stephanie creates a safe space, a welcoming environment and teaches from a place of compassion that allows students to explore powerful healing and growth. Styles of yoga Stephanie teaches are Vinyasa, Hatha, Gentle, Myofascial Release and Kids yoga. |
