Stay active to stay motivated, year round! Winter is the perfect time to spend a little more focus on strength training.

ZOOM Boot Camp 60 minute class includes exercises that will improve your overall strength and conditioning level.
ZOOM Release & Restore, Yoga for Runners will help you prepare for your weekly workouts, restore your body and calm your mind for the challenges of the week ahead. Keep your muscles long and strong while using yoga to improve breathing, flexibility and core strength.
ZOOM HITT (High Intensity Interval Training) is 20 minutes of exercise designed to increase your heart rate using muscle endurance with intervals of work and rest. There will be a 5 minute warm up and 5 minute cool down for a total class time of 30 minutes.
Our group runs are included with your registration and do not count as a "class".

MOtrvate28February 1 - February 28
Our 28 day healthy lifestyle challenge kicks off February 1st and run for 28 days. MOTRvate28 will help you gear up for spring by earning points in a number of wellness categories designed to motivate you and create solid, healthy habits. Once you have registered, come back to the MOTRvate28 homepage in the registration system and you will see a PDF tracking sheet to download. We will also email the tracker to all participants before the challenge kickoff.

MARATHON AND HALF
MARATHON TRAINING PLANS
Moms on the Run offers training programs to current customers who are training for a marathon or half marathon. Our training plans have been designed by our National Fitness Director, Olympian Carrie Tollefson.
Year Round Programming
At Moms on the Run we love to run - no matter what the weather! We offer a variety of year-round programming to help you stay in shape and stay connected to our strong community of women.
18 WEEK SIGNATURE TRAINING
Our signature 18-week training program lets you attend classes from 1 to 3 times per week. We strongly recommend choosing an interval class at least once a week, which includes a higher level of structure and support. From walkers to runners, women will start at their own level and progress throughout the season. |
STRENGTH & CARDIO BOOT CAMP
Our 8-week strength and cardio boot camp offers a variety of workout options to help you get fit. We'll help maximize your metabolism by providing run/walk high intensity interval training (HIIT) at your level. Enhance your fitness level by improving strength, muscle tone, speed and agility. |
WINTER TRAINING
Change up your regular running routine and take your fitness indoors! The off-season is a great time to focus on strength training with our indoor HIIT class. Each 60 minute class combines strength training, cardio and endurance. You'll raise your heart rate and get incredible results. We'll also have options to layer up and keep up your endurance with outdoor weekend runs. |
