We'd love for you to become part of moms on the run
Are you looking for a group to spur your love of running and fitness? You've come to the right place. We hear over and over how our women join us for fitness — and stay not only because of the great workouts, but also the friendships formed. We have many opportunities for you to join us, even if you don't yet have a Moms on the Run organization in your community.
Join Your local Franchise

We have locations throughout the United States — and are growing! We'd love to have you along for the adventure. Each location offers a selection of different classes — learn-to-run, endurance runs, strength and cardio boot camp, and more.
Don't have a location near you? Learn how to bring Moms on the Run to your community. Contact us to let us know you want us in your community, and check out our awesome franchise opportunity.

Month of Miles (June 1-30)
Join us for a fun challenge to stay motivated and accountable with a regular exercise routine. Our Month of Miles Challenge will help you set goals to increase your mileage a bit each week as you are motivated to move your body every single day. Walking, jogging, intervals and running all count toward your movement goal. Even if you're usually a runner, walking is an important part of success in this challenge and is encouraged as a safe way to increase mileage.

Four on the Fourth (July 4)
On July 4th many of our locations will host a free pop-up run with runners setting out for a variety of distances. We think 4 miles on the 4th sounds ideal but you can choose your distance. Even if you can't meet up with a group, please participate by tagging us in a post on social media with the hashtag #FOURonthe4th.

MOVE-ember (November 1-30)
Move 30 minutes a day for 30 days. Your movement does not have to be cardio — it just has to be steady movement. We encourage you to get creative: vacuum, clean out the garage, scrub the shower, play with the kids — anything that gets the blood pumping!

Healthy Holiday Challenge (mid to end of December)
We don't want to add an extra task to your to-do list in an already busy season, so our goal is to incorporate quick activities that we hope will be habit-building. We’ll provide the inspiration, the encouragement — and of course the fun! We're challenging you to a game — Bingo style. Go in order or skip around, checking off as you go.
