Moms on the Run 5K/10K/Kids Run: Aug. 27, 2023The annual Moms on the Run 5K/10K and Kids Run on Sunday, Aug. 27, is a great way to celebrate your summer training season. We are once again in person at beautiful Lake Phalen in St. Paul, MN. If you can't make that date, we also have a virtual option available.
All women are welcome to join us! This event is fun for all and is not exclusive to members. |
STRENGTH AND CARDIO BOOT CAMP CLASSES
INTERVAL TRAINING WITH STRENGTH WORKOUT
The class format includes 20 minutes of walk/run intervals intermixed with 20 minutes of strength training and 10 minutes of warm-up, cool down and stretching. Participants are encourage to bring 5 lb weights and a yoga mat. |

Trail runOur weekly trail running class allows our runners to take a break from the normal running routine and get out and explore! This class option offers a 45 minute run through our local parks and single track trails. Trail running is a great way to spend time in the woods and nature, while getting in a great workout! |

At Chippewa Falls Moms on the Run we love to run - no matter what the weather! We offer a variety of year-round programming to help you stay in shape and stay connected to our strong community of women.
SIGNATURE TRAINING (18 WEEKS)
Offered in Spring/Summer
Our Signature Training Program will get you to that first 5k or help you improve your speed and endurance. Choose to attend 1-5 classes per week. We recommend including an interval class at least once a week, which includes a higher level of structure and support. From walkers to runners, women will start at their own level and progress throughout the season. |
STRENGTH & CARDIO BOOT CAMP (8 WEEKS)

POLAR RUNNING
Our winter classes provide an opportunity to ease into winter running and stay accountable through the cold winter months. Each winter session will give you the encouragement and accountability to maintain your running and strength training through the cold and busy Holiday season. Whether you are new to Moms on the Run or a returning member, we will work with you to help you learn to run or maintain your running momentum throughout the winter.
