- Sunday Runday!: Sundays at 1:00 pm at Hillcrest Elementary. This class includes an indoor boot camp session!
- Night Run: Tuesdays at 6:00 pm at Family Fare Supermarket - Downtown
- Wake Up Run: Wednesdays at 5:30 am at Family Fare Supermarket - Downtown
- Endurance Run: Saturdays at 8:00 am at Family Fare Supermarket - Downtown
- Release and Restore Yoga (Virtual): Live Sundays at 7:00 pm, however classes are recorded and can be watched anytime

Our 28 day healthy lifestyle challenge kicks off February 1st! MOTRvate28 will help you gear up for spring by earning points in a number of wellness categories designed to motivate you and create solid, healthy habits. Once you have registered, come back to the MOTRvate28 homepage in the registration system and you will see a PDF tracking sheet to download. We will also email the tracker to all participants before the challenge kickoff.

POLAR RUNNING
We love to run, even in winter! You might be surprised at how much you enjoy being outside and getting fresh air while you experience the beauty of Wisconsin winters.

iNDOOR STRENGTHThe class format includes 45 minutes of outdoor running or walking. We will then come indoors for a boot camp workout. Participants are encouraged to bring 5 lb weights and a yoga mat. |

At Chippewa Falls Moms on the Run we love to run - no matter what the weather! We offer a variety of year-round programming to help you stay in shape and stay connected to our strong community of women.
SIGNATURE TRAINING (18 WEEKS)
Offered in Spring/Summer
Our Signature Training Program will get you to that first 5k or help you improve your speed and endurance. Choose to attend 1-5 classes per week. We recommend including an interval class at least once a week, which includes a higher level of structure and support. From walkers to runners, women will start at their own level and progress throughout the season. |
STRENGTH & CARDIO BOOT CAMP (8 WEEKS)
Offered in Fall
Our Strength and Cardio Boot Camp offers a variety of workout options to help you get fit. We'll help maximize your metabolism by providing run/walk high intensity interval training (HIIT) at your level. Enhance your fitness level by improving strength, muscle tone, speed and agility. |
POLAR RUNNING
Our winter classes provide an opportunity to ease into winter running and stay accountable through the cold winter months. Each winter session will give you the encouragement and accountability to maintain your running and strength training through the cold and busy Holiday season. Whether you are new to Moms on the Run or a returning member, we will work with you to help you learn to run or maintain your running momentum throughout the winter.
