We’re an instructor-led fitness program with coaching to motivate, educate and encourage you on your journey. You’ll make new friends, find accountability and have fun while working toward a healthier lifestyle.

Our Off-Season Training Program provides the support and accountability you need to get through the busy holiday season and the long cold winter months.

Outdoor runs:
- Endurance Run and Strength Training: Sundays at 1:00 pm at Hillcrest Elementary <----Main Class
- Endurance Run: Saturdays at 8:00 am, Family Fare (downtown)
- Night Run: Tuesdays at 6:00 pm, Family Fare (downtown)
Indoor Strength Workout
- Thursdays at 5:30 at Hillcrest Elementary or the Chippewa Falls Hockey Rink <----This is for Session 2 only

Our payment plans divide the cost of registration over a pre-determined set of months. Payment plans are not a month-to-month contract that can be cancelled, but rather a commitment to purchase the program in installments. Due to expenses incurred at the beginning of our season, we are unable to offer refunds or cancel upcoming payments for any reason after two weeks prior to the class start date. OUTDOOR POLAR RUNS
We love to run, even in winter! You might be surprised at how much you enjoy being outside and getting fresh air while you experience the beauty of winter from a different perspective. |
Endurance runs with Strength WorkoutThe class format includes 30-45 minutes of running/walking outdoors, followed by a 20-30 minute indoor bootcamp workout. Tone your muscles and condition your body for injury prevention during your running seasons.

indoor strength During Session 2, we will offer indoor workouts dedicated to strength training and cardio. Each week will feature a different type of workout including strength workouts with light weights, yoga, and Zumba |
Year Round Programming
At Chippewa Falls Moms on the Run we love to run - no matter what the weather! We offer a variety of year-round programming to help you stay in shape and stay connected to our strong community of women.
STRENGTH & CARDIO BOOT CAMP
Our 8-week strength and cardio boot camp offers a variety of workout options to help you get fit. We'll help maximize your metabolism by providing run/walk high intensity interval training (HIIT) at your level. Enhance your fitness level by improving strength, muscle tone, speed and agility. |
WINTER TRAINING/POLAR RUNS
We love to run...even in the winter! Our winter training program provides an opportunity to keep getting fresh air, and help your running legs stay in top shape through these long, cold months. We offer an indoor strength training class during the coldest months. |
18 WEEK SIGNATURE TRAINING
Our 18-week Signature Training Program features interval training, endurance runs and trail running. From walkers to runners, women will start at their own level and progress throughout the season. Learn to run, improve speed, increase distance - we have a program for you! |
