Moms on the Run is an instructor-led fitness program with coaching to motivate, educate and encourage you on your fitness journey. Whether you’re training for your first 5K, training for a longer distance, or just looking for walking buddies, we have a program for you! You’ll make new friends, find accountability, and have fun while working toward a healthier lifestyle

Winter Session 1:  Ease into Winter (November 1, 2022 - December 20, 2022)

Winter Session 2:  Polar Running (January 3, 2023 - February 22, 2023)

Winter Session 3:  Prep for Spring (February 25, 2023 - April 15, 2023)

Classes include:
  • Sunday Runday!: Sundays at 1:00 pm at Hillcrest Elementary.   This class includes an indoor boot camp session!
  • Night Run: Tuesdays at 6:00 pm at Family Fare Supermarket - Downtown
  • Wake Up Run: Wednesdays at 5:30 am at Family Fare Supermarket - Downtown 
  • Endurance Run: Saturdays at 8:00 am at Family Fare Supermarket - Downtown 
  • Release and Restore Yoga (Virtual): Live Sundays at 7:00 pm, however classes are recorded and can be watched anytime

Choose your plan: 1 class per week, 2 classes per week, or unlimited.  This is the best option for our regular members; there is no need to re-enroll each season and bonus classes between seasons are included.  New members can purchase and start classes immediately.   You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time (terms and conditions apply).

We love to run, even in winter! You might be surprised at how much you enjoy being outside and getting fresh air while you experience the beauty of Wisconsin winters.

RELEASE & RESTORE:
YOGA FOR RUNNERS

With the needs of runners in mind, this virtual class will help you prepare for your weekly workouts, restore your body and calm your mind for the challenges of the week ahead. Keep your muscles long and strong while using yoga to improve breathing, flexibility and core strength. This class is available live and on demand.

iNDOOR STRENGTH


​The class format includes 45 minutes of outdoor running or walking.  We will then come indoors for a boot camp workout.   Participants are encouraged to bring 5 lb weights and a yoga mat.

At Chippewa Falls Moms on the Run we love to run - no matter what the weather! We offer a variety of year-round programming to help you stay in shape and stay connected to our strong community of women.
SIGNATURE TRAINING (18 WEEKS)
Offered in Spring/Summer

Our Signature Training Program will get you to that first 5k or help you improve your speed and endurance.  Choose to attend 1-5 classes per week. We recommend including an interval class at least once a week, which includes a higher level of structure and support. From walkers to runners, women will start at their own level and progress throughout the season. ​

STRENGTH & CARDIO BOOT CAMP (8 WEEKS)
Offered in Fall

Our Strength and Cardio Boot Camp offers a variety of workout options to help you get fit. We'll help maximize your metabolism by providing run/walk high intensity interval training (HIIT) at your level. Enhance your fitness level by improving strength, muscle tone, speed and agility.

POLAR RUNNING
​Our winter classes provide an opportunity to ease into winter running and stay accountable through the cold winter months. Each winter session will give you the encouragement and accountability to maintain your running and strength training through the cold and busy Holiday season. Whether you are new to Moms on the Run or a returning member, we will work with you to help you learn to run or maintain your running momentum throughout the winter.

MARATHON AND HALF MARATHON TRAINING PLANS
​Moms on the Run offers training programs to current customers who are training for a marathon or half marathon. Our training plans have been designed by our National Fitness Director, Olympian Carrie Tollefson.
