Come Grow With Us
Moms on the Run began in 2008 in Forest Lake, Minnesota, when a group of moms started meeting to exercise in a local park and decided they needed a new goal to spice up their post-baby fitness journey: a 5K race! Our trademark “learn to run” curriculum was born and a variety of training programs for all levels quickly followed. Since beginning to franchise in 2012, Moms on the Run has grown rapidly to 50 locations in nine states and has served more than 5,000 customers. We believe healthy moms are active role models, and we look forward to inspiring the next generation of healthy families. If you share our vision to transform lives around the country, come join a team that is passionate about Fitness, Fun & Friendship!
Available Positions
Franchise Development Director, Part Time
Moms on the Run’s mission is to inspire and transform women through fitness, fun & friendship. Our established brand is still operating with a startup mentality, and that’s where you come in! Having grown to 50 units without Franchise Development in place, it’s now time to bring in a strategic director to this process.
This role will have the responsibility of informing our Development strategy and be the primary sales person, attracting quality leads and carrying them through the process to close. Assistance with leads and follow up is available (from staff you will have helped train!).
Being a part time business opportunity, we have a very different revenue model; we have a low buy-in but a high close rate! This is why we are not able to hire someone full time. We’re looking to grow at a manageable rate that fits with our infrastructure in place. Compensation will be hourly plus commission. Contract or Employment status is negotiable. Let’s talk and see what might work for you to be a part of our exciting brand!
Requirements:
This position will report directly to the Founder & CEO and have a lot of freedom. The ideal candidate will be highly self-motivated and have great time management skills.
Given the limited nature of the hours available, this position is ideal for someone already working full-time in the field who is still flexible enough to provide us with some daytime hours for lead contacts that result from our automated text responses.
To apply for this position please send a letter of interest and a resume to karissa@momsontherun.com.
