As the official training partner for Women Run the Cities, Moms on the Run is back with another training tip: Plan ahead! If you have run Women Run the Cities before, you have an idea of the general route. Perhaps you're running a new route this year. As is the case with any race, it’s important to map your route. In addition, think about things that make the run a bit easier: Have your own hydration stations, know where your bathroom or porta potty stops are along your route and get a few people to cheer you on throughout the course.
There's still time to take part in this year's Women Run the Cities virtual race. Run now anytime through Sept. 20. Click here for more details.
