As the official training partner for Women Run the Cities, Moms on the Run talks about virtual training and racing. This season is like no other, right? While in-person races are cancelled, virtual races are hot and we want to encourage you to keep after your goals. Stick to your training plan or the one offered at WRTC and give yourself some grace. Pacing for virtual races can be hard on your own but if you prepare by following your plan it won't be such a shock once you get after it race day! On race day, remember to start at your pace. Try not go out too hard and definitely plan some fun along the way!
