![]() We have two great challenges coming up to motivate you in the new year! First, our Winter Workout Challenge is a free, fun challenge that will launch January 7. For one week, we will post on our national Facebook and Instagram pages one exercise a day to challenge all levels. If you are just beginning your journey, you can choose to do that day's challenge at one time or throughout the day, making sure to complete the exercise by the end of the day. If you are advanced, you can level up and do the daily challenge twice! (For example, 50 squats becomes 100 squats.) After you complete the exercise, you will post on our national Facebook page: challenge completed x1 or x2. This post will qualify you for that day's entry; one lucky winner on both Facebook and Instagram every day will win a coveted #MOTRstrong knit pom hat. The Winter Workout Challenge will run Monday through Sunday, Jan.7-13. Our second challenge will start Feb. 1. Called MOTRvate28, this 28-day challenge will run the entire month of February and get you geared up for spring! We'll feature healthy lifestyle categories, similar to our Healthy Holiday Challenge in years past, helping to motivate you with accountability and create solid, healthy habits. MOTRvate28 will cost $28, and ALL participants will receive a prize upon completing the challenge. Plus, franchises that reach a certain number of participants for their local group will give out additional prizes based on results, for a little team competition, accountability and fun! Moms on the Run corporate will also offer a weekly prize among all participants. Translation: LOTS OF PRIZES! More details coming soon. We are excited to help you get motivated in 2019.
