Training Tip with Carrie: Sleep
At Moms on the Run, we want to help you create healthy habits all year long. We are in the final days of this year's Healthy Holiday Bingo challenge! Today, Moms on the Run National Fitness Director, Olympian Carrie Tollefson, shares about the importance of sleep. Sleep is critical for energy, brain function, avoiding weight gain, lowering the risk of heart disease and reducing stress.
