November may be the month for Turkey day, football and Black Friday specials, but at Moms on the Run, we like to call it MOVE-ember. Today, Moms on the Run National Fitness Director, Olympian Carrie Tollefson, encourages you to join us for a fun challenge from Nov. 1-30. Your goal: To move 30 minutes a day for 30 days.
Doing 30 minutes of cardio every day not only will improve your endurance and strength, but promotes stress management, releases feel-good hormones, and helps aid in a good night's sleep.
During this challenge, you'll receive four weeks of accountability to complete your goal, a movement tracker, our new Moms on the Run water bottle, and opportunities to win prizes on social media!
