Moms on the Run National Fitness Director, Olympian Carrie Tollefson, regularly shares tips and exercises we can do to enhance our running and fitness. In our latest three-part video series, (watch here and here), Carrie has shared some exercises that focus on strengthening our backs.
In today's video, Part 3, we look at a stretch that is great for the back: the child's pose. There are many ways to achieve this stretch: on the floor to standing in your kitchen.
Carrie says, while we've focused on our backs over the past few weeks, what we're really working on is our posture: to stand (and run) strong and tall — and propel forward!
