Training Tip Tuesday: Fuel Well!

Did you know what you eat before and after a workout REALLY matters? Give your workout your all by making sure to fuel properly for the energy you need to be successful. Afterwards, don't waste your hard effort by not providing the nutrients your body needs to repair!  We love Dietitian Cassie's advice on how to make the right choices both pre and post-workout, and you can get more of these great tips by joining us this fall in our MOTRwell nutrition program, kicking off November 1!
