We have two great challenges coming up to motivate you in the new year!
First, our Winter Workout Challenge is back! This is a free, fun challenge that will launch January 6. For one week, we will post on our national Facebook and Instagram pages one exercise a day to challenge all levels. If you are just beginning your journey, you can choose to do that day's challenge at one time or throughout the day, making sure to complete the exercise by the end of the day. If you are advanced, you can level up and do the daily challenge twice! (For example, 50 squats becomes 100 squats.) After you complete the exercise, you will post on our national Facebook page: challenge completed. This post will qualify you for that day's entry; one lucky winner on both Facebook and Instagram every day will win our Moms on the Run Touch Screen Gloves. The Winter Workout Challenge will run Monday through Sunday, Jan. 6-12.
Our second challenge, MOTRvate28+, will start Feb. 1. (This year includes a Leap Day, so we have one extra day for a fun bonus!) This month-long challenge is intended to get you ready for spring! We'll feature healthy lifestyle categories, similar to our Healthy Holiday Challenge in years past, helping to motivate you with accountability and create solid, healthy habits. MOTRvate28+ will cost $28, and ALL participants will receive a specially designed MOTRvated long-sleeved tee valued at $28. Moms on the Run corporate will also offer a weekly prize among all participants. Translation: LOTS OF PRIZES! More details coming soon.
