![]() Our Winter Workout Challenge is back! This is a free, fun challenge that will launch Jan. 4. For one week, we will post on our social media, our national Facebook page and Instagram page, one exercise a day to challenge all levels. If you are just beginning your journey, you can choose to do that day's challenge at one time or throughout the day, making sure to complete the exercise by the end of the day. If you are advanced, you can level up and do the daily challenge twice! Enter to Win Prizes After you complete the exercise, comment by 10 p.m. on our national Facebook page: challenge completed. (By the way, we also love photos!) The comment will qualify you for that day's prize entry. (We will not be offering a prize drawing on Instagram; so be sure to post on Facebook if you want to be entered in daily drawings.) One lucky winner will be randomly selected to receive our prize of the day — and we think you'll love our prizes. The Winter Workout Challenge will run Monday through Sunday, Jan. 4-10, 2021. Get ready! Must be 18 or older and a U.S. resident to register. All men and women are invited to sign up. Children are welcome to participate alongside you for fun! By joining in this challenge you are attesting that you are physically conditioned to do so and you accept all liability arising from your participation. Moms on the Run National Fitness Director, Olympian Carrie Tollefson, is here to talk about accountability during the holidays. At Moms on the Run, we have just started our Healthy Holiday Challenge for 2020. The goal of this challenge is to enjoy our holidays with the intention of including healthy habits — all while having some fun. Some of those habits may include keeping hydrated (drink half your body weight in water), getting 30 minutes of movement in a day, eating two servings of fruit and three serving of veggies every day, sleeping seven hours or more per night, and — skipping the sweets. Find out which habit is the most difficult for Carrie to do! For more information, check out our Healthy Holiday Challenge. Happy holidays and Merry Christmas to all of you from all of us at Moms on the Run.
