For running, it's important to keep your feet and ankles healthy and strong to avoid ankle injuries. In part 1, Carrie started with a simple but important suggestion: Get fitted for the right shoe. Her second tip was an easy stretch focused on the ankles and balance. The third exercise focused on strengthening our toes.
