Jenna Allerson, our newest owner of Apple Valley Moms on the Run and Farmington Moms on the Run, recently shared her story on becoming a business owner in the Sun Thisweek newspaper.
After struggling with postpartum depression after the birth of her oldest son, Jenna became interested in holistic medicine and fitness and started running with Moms on the Run. “Moms on the Run was really part of my journey to help me kind of get out of that place. Exercise was a critical component for me to be healthy for myself and my family,” she said. Now Jenna is excited to grow the Moms on the Run community in Apple Valley and Farmington.
