Today, Moms on the Run National Fitness Director, Olympian Carrie Tollefson, talks about accountability. Accountability is an important element in our training at Moms on the Run. Let's face it: Most days, you will never roll out of bed for an early morning run or show up to class after a long day of work or kiddos unless you know people are waiting for you! Accountability partners make it more likely that you'll attain your fitness goals, and having a community of like-minded people to work out with makes it more fun. At Moms on the Run, our tagline is "Fitness, Fun & Friendship," and accountability is part of that "friendship" community we form on our teams. To find a location near you, click here.
