Kate Campion
I live in Vadnais Heights with my husband, Andrew, and our 4 children Alexis (9), Samantha (7), Conor (4), and Caden (3). My love affair with movement started at a young age as a competitive gymnast. As a result I pursued an Exercise Science Degree and became a certified personal trainer, group fitness, and pilates specialist. I have spent the last 14 years helping individuals find joy in movement through behavior modification, fitness, and nutrition. I am blessed to have my own personal training and pilates studio. My specialty is CORE TRAINING: pilates reformer, kick boxing, kettlbells, suspension, and boot camps.
Running became a big part of my life in college. I ran my first Twin Cities Marathon at the age of 22 and I was hooked. After each pregnancy the jogging stroller became my new best friend and I loved running and connecting with other moms. I was constantly reminded how important it is to carve out ME time during the busy season of motherhood to focus on your Mind, Body, and Spirit. I enjoy triathlons and I have had the opportunity to experience some amazing races during our 11 years of Air Force travels. I enjoy meeting new people, and running with others provides accountability, motivation, and the endorphins needed to raise 4 children. I love running because it’s cheap, rewarding, you can do it with kids and friends, and you get to enjoy creation while doing it!
In my free time I enjoy time at the lake, reading, wine club, time with family and friends, and traveling. I am thrilled to be part of the Moms on the Run Team and can’t wait to see where this journey takes you. My hope for you is that you’ll grow stronger physically, mentally, and emotionally.
As the Apostle Paul once said “Run the Race, not as one who runs aimlessly but as one who runs intentionally, looking at the finish line ahead.

I live in Ham Lake with my husband Bobby and three boys; Connor (10), Drew (8) and Jacob (5). I also have three step-children that spend many weekends with us; Lexie (12), Jayce (10), and Shelby (8). We are a very busy and active blended family. I love being outside. Some of the things I enjoy; gardening, spending time on the lake, playing beach volleyball, and taking lots of pictures of our kids. I began running after I had my last son and was looking for a new way to lose the baby weight. I have always had a passion for fitness, but running has become more than a passion and more than just a way to burn calories, it has become “addicting”. I love to run and I love to run races. After my love for my family and fitness I also have a heart for moms and women’s health issues. I have a Bachelors in Communications and am currently in school working on my RN degree and working on my Group Fitness Certification at the same time. My goal is to continue my education so that I might better care for and teach others about the joys of living a healthy life. Taking care of ourselves is a priority in better being able to care for our families.
I am grateful for the opportunity to work with this program. As I seek to motivate and inspire others, I am in turn also motivated and inspired myself. Moms on the Run provides a place to make new friends and find the encouragement and support to achieve your fitness goals. It will also give you the motivation to be the best ‘Mom on the Run’ you can be!

I am a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer through NASM. I live in Woodbury with my husband Frank and two very energetic little boys, Bode(3) and Mason (18mos.). I graduated from University of Wisconsin Eau Claire with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Management. Since then I have been working with people of all ages as a Personal Trainer in the White Bear Lake area.
I was a gymnast for 19 years so Health and Fitness have always been a part of my life. After becoming a mom it was difficult to find the balance between family, work, and fitness. I am so excited to join Moms On The Run. I believe this program can help you achieve your goals, relieve stress and allow you to be the best mom you can be by taking time for yourself and incorporating the healthy lifestyle to your family.

I live in Forest Lake with my husband, James, my stepson Spencer (10), and our daughter Kaleigh (3). Along with raising our children I work full-time at Travelers Indemnity Co. Second to my family, my other great passion is fitness. I believe it is so imperative for any parent to make physical well-being a priority in their life. We need to take care of ourselves so we can in turn take care of our family and be the best parents we can be. It provides a great balance for us, mentally & physically.
Running has been a great passion of mine since high school. Prior to my pregnancy I ran 5 consecutive marathons from 2000 through 2004. These and the Russian Kettlebell Challenge last summer have been my greatest challenges as well as my greatest rewards. My other interests are yoga, kettlebells, rollerblading, hiking, and basically anything active outdoors. I am so excited about joining Moms on the Run and sharing my passion with other like-minded women. Our group will be a great place to forge new friendships, have fun, and find words of encouragement and support while you embark on this new journey of accomplishing your personal fitness goals.

I am a busy mother of three very active boys. Nick age 6 1/2, Ben 6 and Matt 3, with another bundle of joy to arrive later this summer! I am a police officer by day, as well as a certified personal trainer and certified group fitness instructor with additional trainings in yoga, kettlebell, TRX suspension training and more. My interest for fitness began in 1998 when I discovered I couldn't run a mile preparing for defensive tactics class while attending school for Law Enforcement. I immediately joined Lifetime Fitness to get myself into shape. Within months of taking various group classes, I was approached by an instructor who said I should look into teaching. I haven't stopped since! I absolutely enjoy watching my class participants as well as personal training clients get healthier and see their goals. My most recent personal success was finishing the Chisago half Iron man last summer.
I am excited to have the opportunity in joining Premier Physique and to be able to participate with Moms on the Run. As a person who has struggled in the past with fitness goals, I can relate to the challenges. I am excited to help you discover a healthy lifestyle as well as meet your personal goals.

I live in White Bear Township with my husband, John, and our three sons Jordan (6), Ian (4) and Eli (2). I am currently on leave from teaching Spanish in St. Paul while I raise our active little boys. Some of my favorite things are: spending time with family and friends, involvement at church, cooking and eating spicy foods, and being active outside – running, hiking, skiing, swimming, playing soccer, and more. My running career started when I was a fourth grader on the after-school track team – and continued throughout high school (Mounds View) and college (Hope College). I mostly ran sprints (100, 200 and 400 meters) in track meets, but also signed up for 5K and 10K races during the summers. One of my goals as a young adult was to run a marathon someday, and I trained and ran the Chicago Marathon back in 2002 (before children!).
These days, I enjoy running alone and with friends because it keeps me active and healthy during this busy season of life as a mom with little ones at home. I’m excited about being a Moms on the Run instructor because I love meeting new people, and coming alongside people to accomplish a goal – and running outside is my favorite way to get a workout!

I live in White Bear Lake with my husband Greg and three kids, Gunnar (6), Wyatt (4) and Marin (2). Before having children, I taught elementary school for seven years, but I stay home full time now. I began running while attending Bethel University with a friend and became "addicted" to it... I have been running ever since (17 years of running so far!). I have trained for a variety of races (15 miles, 10 miles, 10 K and 5 K). Running is my break from being a mom and managing our home and helps keep me healthy. I enjoy running alone and in groups and love to get others motivated to run. I am involved in a running club with several women from my church too where we train for races together.
Running is definitely one of my passions and favorite past times. I am excited to join the Moms on the Run program so I can help other women learn to run and learn to love it!

I am a mama to three amazing children. Ethan is 9, Eva is 6 and Ayla is 4. Second to them is my passion for exercise, and encouraging others in the same! I hold group exercise instructor certifications with the American Council on Exercise and the YMCA. I am also a Les Mills BodyPump instructor, and am certified in CPR/AED, First Aid, and Oxygen administration. I have taken additional trainings in other areas such as BOSU, Kwando, and Pre/Post-Natal exercise. I’ve been teaching for the last 9 years, and absolutely LOVE it! I also love to bike, rollerblade, and run, and have invested in a lot of strollers to keep me going once I had children. Over the last few years I began running with a group of moms at the local gym, and I have experienced so much encouragement, challenge, and just plain fun that I would love to help others find something similar. It’s so important for moms to take care of themselves, and to chat and giggle together. It helps us keep our sanity!
I am so excited about teaching this holistic class. Not only are we addressing our physical health, but we’re challenging our minds when we learn something new, and we feed our souls when we have a community to support us! PLUS, we’re also giving back to the world by donating some of our proceeds to “Feed My Starving Children”, which is an amazing and effective organization. I can’t wait to help you on your journey!

I am a nationally certified personal trainer through ACSM as well as a Holistic Wellness Coach through the CHEK Institute. I live in Rosemount with my husband Chris and 2 year old daughter Lily. Since graduating from Gustavus with a degree in Athletic Training and Health Fitness I have been working as a personal trainer for 9 years. Last year I began teaching in the field at Normandale Community College and due to this great experience I am now pursuing my Master's Degree in Kinesiology at the University of Minnesota.
I am so excited to join the Moms on the Run program this year and have the opportunity to work with three things I am truly passionate about: pregnancy, moms and running. Having been a runner all my life I was worried about how pregnancy would affect my habit so I began to do a lot of research in the area of pregnancy and fitness. What I discovered has led me to pursue a career in pre and post natal personal training as a specialty. My hope is that Moms on The Run will be a place for moms to be, new moms, and seasoned moms to come together to share in the joy of learning how a little determination and teamwork can get you across the finish line.
