Fall Classes

Fall Cardio Boot Camp

This fall we get FIT! We lose the 5k focus and challenge ourselves to new heights with our fitness level. We will step it up with our cardio intervals and add a good amount of strength and toning exercises for a comprehensive workout twice a week. It's 9 weeks of maximum fat-burning, beginning the week after Labor Day.

What: 50 minute class consisting of half cardio interval training and half weight training. The cardio intervals can be done walking, jogging, or both. The intervals will be more frequent than the 5K training program, which can be more challenging if desired, but are adaptable for all fitness levels. It is a great introduction to running, and it is a good workout for walkers as well; they don't get "behind" since the intervals are done back and forth on the trail. We know that many of you want to keep up your running distance, and we will help you connect with others that want to come to class early to get more running in.

Cost: before August 22: $85 for once a week, $125 for twice. After August 22: $100, $140
