Strength and Cardio Boot Camp
The class format for our 8-week strength and cardio interval training includes 20 minutes of walk/run intervals intermixed with 20 minutes of strength training and 10 minutes of warm-up, cool down and stretching. Bring an exercise mat, pair of dumbbells (5 pounds recommended), and water bottle.
5:30 PM Thursdays at Coon Rapids Dam (near visitor center)
Group endurance/distance training runs.
Walk/Run intervals are welcome. Distance will be a minimum of 3 miles each week.
Be sure to check the calendar for group training runs (3+ Miles) and boot camp classes at other nearby locations. We hope you will find multiple times per week to exercise with Moms On The Run!
We welcome all women, all ages and all fitness levels. We offer programming for walkers to beginning runners to experienced runners.

8 Week Fall Plan Options and Pricing:
On the calendar go to the first week of September (Fall session starts Sept 5th) click the name of the class you would like to enroll in. You will be able to cancel or change your enrollment in the future if needed. After selecting your class you will be prompted to purchase your plan. If you purchase a plan with multiple days, please go back to the calendar after completing your payment to enroll in your additional class days.
