
I am so excited to be a part of the Moms on the Run program again this year and have the opportunity to work with three things I am truly passionate about: pregnancy, moms and running. Having been a runner all my life I was worried about how pregnancy would affect my habit so I began to do a lot of research in the area of pregnancy and fitness. What I discovered has led me to pursue a career in pre and post natal personal training as a specialty.
